Welcome to Annes bazaar, a brand operated by Ann's Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Annes bazaar website, mobile applications, and any purchases you make from us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Products We Offer

Annes bazaar specializes in providing traditional Indian gravies and curries. Our product line currently includes: Sambar, Rasam, Vathal Kulambu, More Kulambu, Kara Kulambu, Puli / Meen Kulambu, Kurma / Mutton Kulambu, Pulikulambu Premix, Pongal Premix, Mor Kulambu Premix, Keerai Kulambu Premix, Idli Dosai Podi Premix, Idiyappam Premix, Banana Powder, and Adai Dosai Premix.

  • Product Information: We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is completely error-free. The final product and its packaging may vary slightly from images shown on our site.

  • Allergen Disclaimer: Our products are prepared in a facility that also handles common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, and various spices. Customers with known allergies must exercise due diligence and consume our products at their own risk. Ann's Enterprises is not liable for allergic reactions.

  • Shelf Life and Storage: Customers must adhere to the storage instructions (e.g., refrigeration, freezing) provided on the product packaging to ensure food safety and quality. Ann's Enterprises is not responsible for spoilage resulting from improper storage after delivery.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Ann's Enterprises. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

  • Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. You warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Policy: We will arrange for the delivery of the products to the address specified in your order. Delivery dates provided are estimates only. Ann's Enterprises is not liable for delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues, weather).

  • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Given the perishable nature of our food items, it is your responsibility to ensure you (or an authorized person) are available to receive the delivery.

  • Non-Delivery due to Customer Error: If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, non-availability, or failure to collect, Ann's Enterprises is not responsible for any spoilage or loss, and no refund will be issued. Additional charges for re-delivery may apply.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, our policy is as follows:

  • No Returns: We generally do not accept returns on food items.

  • Refunds (Damaged/Spoiled on Arrival): If you receive a product that is spoiled, damaged, or unsafe for consumption upon delivery, you must notify us immediately (within [Insert Time, e.g., 2 hours] of receipt) with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review the claim and, if validated, offer a full or partial refund or replacement at our sole discretion.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel an order only if it has not yet entered the preparation/shipping process. Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ann's Enterprises, trading as Annes bazaar, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the products; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; (c) any product defects or spoilage not directly attributable to our gross negligence prior to delivery to the carrier.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Your Jurisdiction/State/Country. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Your City, State/Country.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
